  Job Description
1. SPOC for all interactions for the designated region

2. Opportunity management
a. Opportunity assessment
i. Collect background information on the opportunity
ii. Prepare an opportunity assessment sheet
iii. Qualification of opportunity with management
b. Conversion Suspect to Prospect, Prospect to Customer
c. Update and maintain pipeline by region.

3. Proposal management
a. Co-ordinate with respective Product team(s) and Solution Architect to arrive at:
i. Technical responses after assessing fitment of the solution
ii. Estimates, Project schedule and GANTT
iii. Proposal documentation and repository management
b. Co-ordinate with respective BUs other than Product team(s) when putting together an overall solution for a deal
c. Update and maintain proposal by region

4. Knowledge management
a. Market analysis for the region covering competitive landscape, market share and client ecosystem
b. Competition analysis by region covering FSS products against market offerings
c. Pre-sales kit Work with product manager and marketing team to prepare pre-sales kit
i. Product capability document
ii. Product datasheet
iii. Product business presentation
iv. Product standard BOM and sizing (S, M, L)

5. Product evangelization
a. Proactively work with the designated region to organize and present the product to customers and at seminars
b. Provide support sales teams to provide presentation and demos as part of the sales cycle
c. Conduct periodic knowledge sessions for sales team to create awareness on offerings
d. Scripted demo of product including demo environment
e. Send out periodic product updates
6 Customer Engagement:
Anticipate customer evolution, i.e., to receive, discuss and anticipate new requirements from/with customers and propose lowest effort solutions or workarounds
Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to increase customer engagement thru Product consolidation, customer advisory board, etc
Achieve branding targets by co-creating solutions thru Marketing, user conference, new market promos, etc

7 Employee Engagement:
Be responsible for better Employee engagement, better participation for the assigned group
Create and run developer blogs, recognition for the assigned group as per targets
