Required Qualifications: BS or MS degree in related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
14 years experience in relevant disciplines managing in similar sized company. At least 7 years
management experience. Management of decentralized teams 20+ employees. Technical infrastructure
knowledge of global networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN technologies, network hardware such as Cisco,
server operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris, virtual hosts VMware ESX and Microsoft
Virtual Server/Hyper-V, server hardware such as Dell, HP, Compaq, and IBM, and standard and IP based
phone systems. Experience managing a global technology footprint spanning all areas of IT infrastructure:
Voice/Data networks, messaging/collaboration, Operating systems/servers/storage, Database, data centers,
mobility, and end user computing. Strong technical skills in Windows architecture including Active
Directory, DMZ domain infrastructure, SQL, System Center, MS Exchange and Lync. Knowledge of SOX,
ITGC, and ITIL Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deal
with vendors and internal customer satisfaction at all levels in organization. Excellent interpersonal,

Job Overview: The Sr. Manager of IT is responsible for the management and operational execution
of regional IT infrastructure. This individual oversees a regional team 10-15 employees responsible for
delivering IT services to the Pega user community. The Senior Manager of IT will manage teams including
regional User Support Services, Technical Operations and Application support services. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities include the following: Portfolio and Project Management Oversee regional
projects and resource allocation to ensure on time/budget delivery of IT approved projects. This includes
but is not limited to office build-outs and upgrades. Serves as the regional manager for IT Infrastructure
and works with the corporate teams to ensure effective execution of projects. Responsible for efficient
team execution based on defined metrics Participate in the implementation of new business infrastructure.
Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure related issues. Enforce cross-functional education
within the team Operations Management and Service Delivery Using an ITIL based approach, fulfill
