Required to carry out programming in different sites.
Provide programming support to Service team where required.
Provide total customer satisfaction in respect of programming tasks assigned.
Understand the requirement of customers and incorporate in the programming assignment.
Where a specific task is not under control, escalate to Manager Programming Services for taking guidance.
Be prepared to travel within Mumbai and also to branches for specific programming jobs.
Provide regular feed back to Manager Programming Services on the progress of tasks assigned.
