  Job Description
We have an urgent opening for Business Development Manager (IT Staffing):
Required Skills:
· 5 to 12 Years of experience in Business Development, US Staffing and Recruitment (Bench sales need not apply)
· Bachelor's Degree, preferably Marketing however not mandatory.
· New Business Development and account management
· Top Management / Client facing capabilities
· Proven Track Record in Business development
· Team Handling capabilities
· Well versed with IT/Technology

Responsibilities:
· Define and implement strategies that will help Damcosoft move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients.
· Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.
· Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value
· Proposition of working with Damcosoft.
· Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business and manage the team.
· Decent understanding of technology concepts and its application. Should be able to evaluate technical skills reasonably.
· Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective
· Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals
· Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and Staffing
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good telephone comm. skills. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills, must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
