  Job Description
Looking to recruit a Strategy Manager responsible for the development and delivery of the Strategy and to ensure plans are communicated across the organisation both internally and externally where appropriate.

Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and deliver the divisional strategy working with the CIO, SLT and wider Management Group to deliver the agreed outcomes for the organisation.
* Complete an annual refresh and alignment to objectives and Divisional Business Plans demonstrating core values including value for money.
* Develop and deliver a supporting stakeholder and communications approach aligned to the overall department and divisional requirement to improve the reputation of the division.
* Plan, manage and report progress on all strategy workstreams to support the baselining and refresh of the strategy and the journey to achieving the annual and overall outcomes.
* Support the business to develop internal change propositions that can be delivered by the business or by the change delivery teams as Programmes or Projects.
* Provide Business Partner services to specific divisions within the organisation including taking the lead on Domain Partnership meetings, developing propositions and create a deep understanding of the Business Plan objectives, strategic direction and operational practices.

Skills
* Experience of developing strategy working with senior leaders and cross divisional specialist.
* Proven, robust leader with substantial experience of driving significant change within a large or complex business including systems development.
* IT and business experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business practices
* Demonstrable experience of the full project lifecycle within a structured environment.
* Significant experience in planning/management/control, business development or client management
* Strong business acumen and experience in developing strategy and business case definition with financial acumen to support decision making
* Leadership capability and political awareness, able to work collaboratively, facilitate meetings and workshops and with senior leaders in the organisation
* Strong communication and networking skills being confident to present at Executive Boards and across all levels in the organisation.
* Professional Services background/experience
* Change and /or Run experience
* Exposure to financial services
* Credible leader who is able to flex styles to build strong relationships with senior leaders, able to collaborate across the organisation and use varying techniques to facilitate change.
* Responsible for leading teams in a matrix environment and delivering effectively through others in the division including Technology Operations, Business Analysts and Chief Technology Office. Requires Direct and matrix management experience from previous senior roles
* Ability to identify innovative and practical solutions to meet business needs and demand, often in a highly politicised and fast moving changes and requirements. The Business Partner team have to handle an increasingly complex range of business challenges.
