*University educated with a Computer Science Degree or similar
*6+ years designing, developing and implementing business systems ideally from an SME background
*Ability to establish stake holder requirements, write specifications, develop business process, adapt and implement new systems
*Business Intelligence (MI) experience such as performance metrics, process management, reporting, data analysis, data modelling, data mapping, reference data, meta data etc
*Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and proven ability in solving complex business problems.
*Excellent communication and customer consulting skills
*Knowledge of enterprise software applications such as HR, Finance, Recruitment, Legal etc

The Role
