  Job Description
A Customer Service Manager / Account Manager is sort by our client a global telecoms software company within the financial arena. The Services Manager will be experienced at managing key customer service relationships, which may be on a local and global basis.

The Service Manager will drive the business to adapt to the Customers requirements, provide effective feedback to the Customers from the Business

Provide incident, problem, capacity and release management where required

Activities will include the measurement of Service Performance and Reporting of KPI and SLA metrics to Customers. Manage Customers expectations and identify opportunities for additional services revenue. Know processes and methodology and have a sales presence. Provide Root Cause Analysis reports and Service Improvement Plans where required. Directing the change management process including reviewing change controls and presenting management reports. Attending monthly meetings, putting service reports together. Key skills Excel.

You will have undertaken a role of this type for a minimum of 2 years; will be ITIL familiar and ideally ITIL qualified to a minimum of Foundation level and able to demonstrate a track record of rapport building with Customers and Engineers

Must have a history of working in environments where you are responsible for service delivery / Account Management for mission critical Systems and Solutions, in a Telecoms/IT/Voice and Financial arena, preference is for someone who has managed Banks.

Must be able to hit the ground running to manage and shape 3- 4 accounts, any global account experience would be very beneficial.

Initially this will be for a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view to the role being made permanent and future career opportunities on offer for a fast growing exciting company.
