Account Manager/Business Account Manager/Relationship Manager-Insurance

Our client, the vendors of one of the UK's most widely used Insurance Administration Solution is recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

The Account Manager will be the key interface to existing clients, providing support and relationship management to assist with current arrangements, and to identify new requirements.

You will take full responsibility for the Account Management of a portfolio of clients and operate as the strategic partner by clients, being the first point of contact for any queries or questions.

You will also be involved in the presales process, coordinating terms of engagement contracts and handing projects over to the Product Owner who is responsible for managing the project itself.

Through excellent Account/Relationship management you will identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by highlighting and demonstrating the software solution.

The following skills and experience are essential for this position:

The Account Manager will have experience of working within a Relationship/Account Management position and be able to demonstrate experience of successful software solutions delivery to the General Insurance sector.

You will have proven experience working within Software Delivery and working with Agile Teams, you will also have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Excellent relationship management, strong communication and client satisfaction skills are paramount.

A Business, Marketing or IT related degree is highly desired.
