  Job Description
Manage training environment with Cloud Operations (GSL). This includes cloning and refresh of training sites for internal and customer training for each release.
Manage Customer Learning Portal and Manage Partner Learning Portal.
Set up customer contacts in the portal, answer questions related to public classes, sign-up, ILT classes, categories and publish courses.
Troubleshoot issues faced by customers and partners. Report issues to CS/CO and resolve them in timely manner.
Troubleshoot data sync issues; manage audiences, notifications and assignment in the learning portal.
Set up partner certification program – Educational Readiness courses, assessments and communication.
Help coordinate and run Internal Training, Onboarding, Induction programs end-to-end as a member of training team.
Conduct few technical training sessions, assessments and collate the feedback for reporting and analysis. Prepare summary of the training and dashboard monthly and quarterly.
Report public class revenue to AR and send Proof of Delivery. Process refund and facilitate Invoice and payment by checks.
Update news pages in the portal, support marketing campaign of public classes.
Assignment of Training Servers, Shipping Training Manual, Work with CO team on weekly server refresh requests.
Manage training business reporting and customer inquiries.
Work on reports and analysis as required/requested
Take ownership of business processes for the Training Support and handle it with complete independence.
Establish high levels of accuracy and diligence in process maintenance work.
