  Job Description
The role will be responsible for providing Service Desk Support to our top notch Multinational Client in Financial Services and Stock Broking.
Position shift: 24/7 Shift Support, (Open for On-Call)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment
· Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and ability to follow through with open issues until resolved
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
· Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions within high pressured environments
· Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and production-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
· Demonstrated excellent Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Prior experience of working with Financial Organization/ Banks in Global Environment preferred.
Member of the service desk,
Primary Responsibility
a) need to be 85% or better with Microsoft SQL Admin
b) Crystal Reports is another 85% or better. The reporting engine in ITSM is all Crystal.
c) Microsoft SQL Reporting Server is a nice thing to have.
Others:
· Responsibility include basic account management (active directory), add/remove group memberships, off-hours customer service,
· ITSM reporting and ticket review and reminding other teams to close assignments, changes and so on.
· Following clear procedures for security and account management, escalating when necessary
· Good communication skills over the phone and email
· Technical Skills should include understanding and exposure on
o Windows OS (all flavors)
o Desktop Support
o Exchange Supprt
