Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Support / 1st Line Support / First Line Support / Computer Operator / Operations Analyst / Batch / Monitoring / Production / Hardware / Software / Information Systems

Currently in 1st or 2nd line support looking for the next step in your career?
Or are you perhaps in a role that no longer challenges you and your technical capabilities?

To be considered for this you must:
*Be from a 1st/2nd line support, computer/data centre operations background
*Be ITIL certified (advantageous but certification will be provided if needed)
*Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Be an excellent team player, with experience in any of the following will be advantageous – SAP, UNIX Aix, Tivoli, Chronicle Redwood Scheduler.
*Be able to work night and day shifts (12 hour shifts – work a total of 14 days in each month!)

A rapidly expanding business are looking for a logical and methodical individual to compliment a team, who manage the computers and production scheduling hardware and software systems across the entire business, as they embark on a journey of growth – 2015 will see branch out both within the UK and into Europe!

Attention to detail is key as you will be monitoring business critical hardware and software, ultimately ensuring the organisation meet their KPIs and deliverables in production.
You will be responsible for taking appropriate action to rectify faults, and ensure that accurate details are relayed to more senior members clear and concisely. Being a team player is key, with the ability to interpret and utilise technical data and information effectively, whilst understanding the importance of the processes and impacts upon the business. 1st line support on calls received out side of service desk hours will also be required.
