Requirements for the Helpdesk Support (Software / Support / CRM) role:

*Helpdesk Support (Software / Support / CRM).
*It is essential that you have some experience working in a Helpdesk environment and are confident speaking to people from a variety of backgrounds.
*Ideally a degree in a technical subject or something related along with good GCSE / A-Level grades.
*Competent in Microsoft packages and an understanding of software or experience with bespoke software packages.
*The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
*Able to clearly communicate to other internal departments.
