  Job Description
Business Process/ Business Analyst with experience in Business Process Mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE); developing Business Cases; Functional requirement gathering; developing Functional specifications; change management etc for an exciting and dynamic Retail Bank.

You will join a team delivering business initiatives within the retail Bank, who support diverse aspects of the Bank including Retail Banking, Deposit Taking, Lending, and Transactional Banking.
You will be involved in projects throughout the lifecycle, starting at inception through to implementation and handover to Support.
you will facilitate the delivery of projects by engaging with both the Business and IT Specialists to understand requirements, translate them for IT, test solutions, and perform training and support.
• Business process mapping (as-is and to-be design)
• Business/Functional requirements gathering
• Business Systems Analysis
• User acceptance testing
• Functional design
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Awareness of the implications of, and adherence to, relevant compliance/regulatory processes and procedures

knowledge and experience
• A minimum 3 years Business Analysis experience within a business change environment
• Strong BA documentation skills (including Business Process Mapping, Business/Functional Requirements, Business Cases, Test Strategy and Approach)
• You should be comfortable using structured analysis methods and be able to demonstrate ability using common analysis tools
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. Visio and Project)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
