  Job Description
A well-known financial services organisation is seeking a motivated, customer service focused IT Support Analyst to join their Help Desk team.

As the successful IT Support Analyst you will deliver first line technical support both remotely and in person to a broad range of users. You will be providing high levels of customer service and have a proactive approach to solving user problems and issues. The environment covers a mix of hardware, software and networking.

Experience and skills required for IT support Analyst:

Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
Experience with MS Office
Admin experience with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 or higher
Familiarity with computers, Networks, and productivity tools
Understanding of implementing change, software control and configuration management procedures
Previous experience in a Helpdesk team
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
