  Job Description
My client has a vacancy for a Service Delivery and Support Engineer based in their Bath offices.

The role will focus on the completion of technical tasks that do not require iteration development, such as customer service definition creation and advance T-SQL updates, client side development and data ingestion configuration, as well as making sure appropriate SaaS infrastructure is enabled to ensure performance and SLA commitments are met.

This role is a unique opportunity for the Service Delivery and Support Engineer to build a skillset that includes complex operations best practice, SaaS services for a market leading product on a global basis, latest operational thinking in SQL and NoSQL, and best practice product and service customer facing delivery skills.

Yo be a serious candidate for this ServiceDelivery and Support Engineer opportunity, your skills/experience will be similar to -

· Proven and in-depth experience of providing operational and customer support on complex mission critical Global SaaS services and software (Possibly participating in an out of hours 24x7 support function)

· 3-5 years' experience in proven and professional Customer facing software support, software development or infrastructure engineering in a commercial environment

· Experience of working in a pressured environment

· Experience of adhering to timelines

· Experience of managing client relationships and expectations

. Experience of design and delivery of technical documentation

. Proven commercial SQL Server or NoSQL querying experience.
