  Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Manage the definition of a Business Continuity framework in line with the companies risk appetite and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 22301)
• Influence relevant stakeholders to ensure local Business Continuity strategies adhere with the Business Continuity framework and the Business Resilience framework.
• Ensure that Business Continuity risks are identified and reported on critical business processes.
• Lead the testing and monitoring of the effectiveness of Business Continuity processes including WAR Site testing and ensuring any gaps are identified and reported to the relevant stakeholders
• Develop and embed a process to ensure that key third party suppliers have appropriate Business Continuity measures in place, supplier tests are monitored and any gaps are identified and reported to the relevant stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the continual development of the Business Continuity framework ensuring that the framework is reviewed and updated due to any business changes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working as a Business Continuity professional within Financial Services ideally
• Relevant Business Continuity qualifications (CBCI, AMBCI, ISO 22301 LA).
• Experience of leading Business Continuity exercises and Business Impact Assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
