Collabera (www.collabera.com) is hiring for 100+ openings of "Talent Acquisition Specialists" in Baroda, Gujarat

• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/BSC/BCA/MCA (2013 and 2014 graduates with little or no experience)
• Required Skills: Excellent communication and PC Skills

Job Scope:
• This position is responsible for identifying and presenting qualified technical candidates to local US teams to fill client requirements provided via an online requisition system, Delivery Lead or Collabera Sales executive.
• This position is not responsible for hiring, terminating, performance appraisals or salary revisions. This position exercises minimal independent judgment. This position has no direct reports and reports typically to a Delivery Lead in India.

Job Responsibilities:
• Build pipelines of candidates for specified regions based on skill sets in demand for that region
• Build up internal database for target markets based on company strategy
• Build and maintain consultant candidate relationships
• "Cold call" consultant candidates to establish relationship and "sell" Collabera
• Arrange meetings with Onshore Recruiter / Account Managers.
• Achieve submission targets for assigned client(s) and related metrics (# of call, # of Closures, # of Meetings with Onshore Recruiter, Hotlist for Skills).
• Follow established recruiter processes regarding job expectations, documents, templates, email standards, initial communication with candidates, etc. as outlined in the recruitment training.
