  Job Description
Experienced SharePoint, SQL service SSIS/SSRS support analyst with a proven track record of providing 24x7 Level 2 Support. The analyst should be cognizant of incident management, problem management, change management and release management. This is a full time role and would require travel to client sites.
4+ years of experience working as Level 2 application support analyst
Troubleshoot technical issues in SharePoint 2013
Troubleshoot technical issues in EPM with SharePoint 2013
Experience in writing and executing PowerShell scripts
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues for legacy VB applications and .NET
Experience in writing batch files and scheduling tasks
Setup and configure and administrate Farm
Exposure to rapid development of InfoPath forms
Experience in troubleshooting incidents for financial applications based on Microsoft platform
Exposure to SQL server SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
Perform in-depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and solutions
Expertise in documenting support run book and other technical documents
Effectively work with other IT teams like application development and QA to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues/requests
Should be able to deploy projects and bug fixes to production
Identify high priority incidents and escalate to management
Assist with client support reporting
Experience working with business users at client site
Willing to travel onsite for short duration and work extended hours when requested
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills; good team player
Preference for senior associate level resource
