  Job Description
Role: This role is to do with Operational Changes and we require a Project Manager with 6 years + experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methods and be experienced in delivering major projects that incorporate major IT delivery and process/operating model changes eg: Customer relationship.
You will be accountable to the Head of Business Transformation for the delivery to time, budget and quality of the large scale projects delivering mainly operational change (business processes and supporting systems) and some strategic change.
Essential skills/experience required:
Prince 2 Practitioner
Agile and Waterfall (must have 6 years + experience)
Any knowledge of the Data Protection Act
Freedom of Information principles

Duties include:
Detailed plans, milestone, critical path, dependency and activity tracking and management Risks, assumption and issue management
Clear and commonly understood scope
Transparent and effective governance and change control arrangements
Deliver the project within approved budget
Secure commitment of adequate and appropriately skilled resources and support service providers (internal and third party)
Deliver the benefits as set out in the business case
Ensure that inter dependencies across the project are managed,
Ensure delivery by all 3rd party suppliers
Adherence to PMO and Business Transformation project life cycle
Adherence to project design and delivery life cycle and approach including management of projects to an agile or waterfall
Stakeholder management
Provision of clear and accurate reporting to inform management and decision making
Provide expert input to other projects and in particular participate as a member of the QA panel providing a peer review facility
