  Job Description
Business Systems Analyst required initially a 6 month contract for my public sector client based in Warwickshire.

Ideally my client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who has an understanding of social care or other public service business environment.

Daily activities will be to collate and analyse information, assimilate business information needs and analyse data and mapping information, process and workflows.
Develop Mosaic forms and workflows according to customer specifications, perform unit testing prior to release for UAT.
Trap and log business efficiency improvements between documented as is and agreed to be processes.

Essential skills and experience required:
Experience of project working and associated documentation
Business analysis in a medium to large organisation
Experience of supporting or leading positive innovation and business change
Experience supporting system change, analysis and implementation within Social Care (Adults or Children's) or local authority Schools environment
Use of MS Visio flowchart creation software
Knowledge of a social care client, database such as Frameworki/Mosaic, Liquid Logic, CareFirst or Northgate AIS
Project Management qualifications (Prince 2)
Business Process Reengineering
Candidates must have experience of developing forms on a database, ideally a health or social care database. This will act a 50% of the role, so is essential that some knowledge of developing is visible.
If candidates also have experience of Wireframes as opposed to developing forms, this could be considered.
