  Job Description
Experience and Qualifications:

Educated to degree level. Ideally a formal change or project management qualification eg Six Sigma, Prince2
At least 5 years utilities experience with strong systems and process knowledge gained at an Energy Supplier.
Advanced requirement gathering, analytical and impact assessment skills.
Ability to plan effectively managing multiple change project streams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure and maintain support for project sponsors and key stake holders

Identify changes and improvements designed meet project aims based on detailed data analysis, consultation with stakeholders, advanced requirements gathering, strong impact analysis, clear definition of business needs and pragmatic value-adding solutions.
Undertake analysis of Target Operating Models (TOM) and planning transition from 'as is' to future state, conducting end to end process, organisational and system functionality reviews.
Ensure continued business sponsorship at the appropriate level to drive change forward. Provide leadership, support and advice to the business in planning and implementing changes.

Undertake full 'end to end' impact analyses of the changes required, including people, process (including process re-engineering), organization, technology and financial assessments working towards fully-costed business cases.
Communicate with Stakeholders and Senior Management to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments in change initiatives, providing appropriate briefing to enable them to make informed decisions about the approach and direction of change projects.

Assemble and co-ordinate change teams/resources as required to manage the transition of change in the business, working with operational managers to embed changes within the business.
Manage for the business delivery of 3rd party services to the project including IT and Training. Ensure quality of deliverables (eg IT change) through clearly defined acceptance criteria, effective UAT and post implementation testing.

Assist IT throughout the PMM lifecycle. Assist with development of Requirement and Functional Specifications, ensuring correct business SME's and stakeholders are consulted
Manage implementation, including creation and delivery of new Business Process, Procedures, Org. changes, communications and Training. Ensure changes move seamlessly from project mode to 'business as normal' activities owner by operational teams.

Ensure there is clear business ownership for benefits realisation and tracking. Ensure and where required, develop, clear measures and KPI's to monitor the effectiveness of any change. Demonstrate projects success/impact through analysis of out turn benefit to the business
Work closely with the company's employees to secure their active participation in change, support the culture of continuous improvement and contribute towards achievement of company objectives.
