  Job Description
Due to growth and continued expansion my client is searching for a Support Centre Systems and Network Engineer who is a team player and is keen to enhance their personnel skills for our London office. This individual will be working with SME/Mid-market clients focusing on maintaining networks and systems proactively. The role will involve primarily phone, remote and onsite support for customers with Microsoft and MAC environments.

Skills and Experience:

Microsoft MSCE or 2 years + advanced Microsoft experience
Minimum of 1 year firewall management experience
Solid Windows Server and Exchange Experience
Minimum 1 year virtualisation Experience within a production environment
LAN / WAN experience
Minimum 3 years desktop/server/support experience
Strong communications both written and verbal
