  Job Description
Required Skills:

Superior technical and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable previous experience of driving for successful results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to represent and report Performance Engineering details to senior management, internal and external stakeholders
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Expert ability to identify performance issues within the J2EE architecture Load balancers, WebLogic, Database (Oracle), Operating System, Network, Software (JAVA) and Hardware
Hands-on experience building enterprise level performance test suites
Proven ability to partner with Architects, Developers, Systems Engineers, Database Administrators and other business representatives to collaboratively tune systems
Ability to review performance automation implementations and demonstrate sound design principles while remaining practical and milestone driven
Possess a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner and other tools.
Hands-on experience application monitoring using CA Wily introscope, Fluke, OEM, Splunk, BMC Patrol and other OS-native tools
Expert ability to dissect large amounts of data and identify potential issues
Excellent skills in summarizing large amount of metrics into meaningful graphs and reports
Strong knowledge of Web Services and related technologies (SOAP, JAXB, WSDL, XML)
Experience with Oracle SQL, RDMS and RAC
Solid programming skills in JAVA, SQL and Perl
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and constant communication to Senior management/ stakeholders
