  Job Description
Analyze customer requirements and assess CRM implementation landscape
Conduct customization, work flow development, dialogue box development
Integrate CRM with other in-house applications
Implement full scale Service module along with Sales module
Should lead and manage CRM engagements from a technical stand point
Should be single point of contact for CRM
Lead and mentor other CRM resources both in-house and at customer sites
Should write validations using Javascript and plug-ins
Migrate previous generation MS CRM or other CRM products in the market to MS CRM 2011

Microsoft Dynamics CRM with XRM skills
.Net framework and programming
SQL Server and/or other RDBMS with T-SQL or PL/SQL skills
Good to have Syspro ERP and E.Net skills
