  Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our Team. The successful applicant will be acting as an ambassador for Hanson Regan and establish new business prospects for the delivery team. The BDM will be required to expand the offerings with our existing clients and identify and secure new PSL agreements with International Clients.

It is essential that you have come from a professional and full-cycle recruitment environment and can demonstrate a strategical approach when collaborating with large customers. Ideally having started your career as a recruitment consultant and advanced into a Business Development Manager. You will have worked in the IT Recruitment Sector and have an understanding of the international market and supplying to blue-chip organisations.

The Business Development Manager will have a minimum of 12 months experience, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, a determination to succeed, resilience and a positive attitude.
