  Job Description
Manage the Solution Delivery (SD)teams in India
Track the deliverables of the SD teams
Guide and monitor the Performance of the teams
Streamline processes for Quality , Productivity, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction
Bring in industry best practices to align processes with people and product
Regular meetings among the SD teams to review and resolve customer tickets
Periodic meeting with Product Management Group, Product Development Teams , Quality Assurance and US- Account Management Teams
Identify Training Needs of the SD teams and plan periodic cross module and support process trainings

Excellent Communication, Quality Focus, Leadership Abilities, Problem Solving Skills, Listening, Conflict Resolution, Logical Thinking, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking etc.
Any Master degree with one or multiple process certification(s) would be desirable

Experience in Leading Teams to bring in Customer Satisfaction
Experience in streamlining processes to bring in Quality , Productivity, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction
Detail orientated with Problem Solving skills.
Well developed analytical skills with the ability to solve a problem and develop solutions.
Experience in a customer service in a product environment preferred.
Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
The ability to learn and become an expert in ProcessMAP Module/Product
