  Job Description
Respond to customers' inquiries related to Module/Product functionality.
Logging and classifying the Customer Requests/issues in a bug tracking tool.
Filter and escalate inquiries relating to other aspects of the customers and escalate to the appropriate functions
Manage the resolution process for customers relating to data and applications for a particular Module.
Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively call/emails customers with a status update or resolution if queries cannot be resolved on initial interaction.
Follow the appropriate procedures to respond to issues and update our customers when outages of a major nature occur i.e. System Down, System Maintenance etc.
Accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team's performance.
Proactively contribute to the CRC team and the achievement of its goals.
Participate in Product Reviews and provide inputs for Improvements

Requirements:
Detail orientated with sound information of Problem Solving skills.
Well developed analytical skills with the ability to solve a problem and develop solutions.
Experience in a customer service or contact center environment preferred.
Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
The ability to learn and become experts in ProcessMAP Module/Product and develop a sound understanding.
