  Job Description
Should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in domestic Staffing and Recruitment.
Looking for a person to do cold calling and Business Development for Client / Staffing.
Gaining understanding of customer's headcount growth plan and recruitment strategy
Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
Able to handle multiple accounts (clients) with ease and passion.
Excellent track record in handling the clients and escalations.
Delegating requirements among the team members and Empowering team, setting the right expectation for the team in align with organizational goals
. * Ensure the customer satisfaction in various parameters like QoS, pipeline health, joining ratio etc.

Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent and long-term relationships with them.
Effectively meeting the revenue target for given set of customers.
Should Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and sourcing, preliminary interviewing, reference checking, salary/Rate negotiations etc.
Help the team in getting the best Problem Solving Techniques.
Ability to handle large Accounts.
Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.
Strong communication and inter personal skills.
