  Job Description
Preferred Experience / Abilities:

3 - 5 years of Desktop Support/Helpdesk work experience:
Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
Highly self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary
Ability to conduct research into desktop issues, standards and products as required
Experience with and/or working knowledge of the following is required:
Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2010/2013 and Lync 2010/2013
Imaging PC's with MDT, SmartDeploy or other automated tool
Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange tools
Understanding of common network protocols (e.g. DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)
Experience configuring Enterprise Anti-virus software, such as ESET
Resolving HP/Dell Desktop and Laptop Hardware issues
Understanding of Video Teleconferencing Equipment
Experience with and/or working knowledge of the following is beneficial but not required:
Macintosh OS X
Basic Networking Knowledge
Amazon Web Services
PowerShell Scripting
Interaction Client Phone System
ITIL
