BUSINESS PROCESS AND SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
The Business Analyst will assist in defining and documenting project scope and success criteria involving relevant stakeholders based on a thorough understanding of business processes and the technology roadmap.
Analyzes business partners' operations and demonstrates strategic thinking and problem solving skills by using appropriate information to diagnose problems and identify possible business process and/or technical solutions.
Translates business requirements into functional/technical specifications and participates in analyzing, designing and implementing solutions by collaborating with business, vendor and/or internal technical resources.
The Business Analyst operates as a primary liaison between the business community and the technology team to ensure the technical solution aligns to project scope and that it will ultimately meet user needs.
Maintains effective communication and rapport with project manager to ensure complete alignment on project scope, schedule and budget working as a cohesive team to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Conducts system testing and inspection of development deliverables to evaluate quality of function and performance.
Plans and executes comprehensive testing effort by coordinating key resources throughout the organization for user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage technical issue resolution utilizing Agile testing methodology.
Maintains comprehensive testing documentation for use by the entire project team, as well as for historical purposes.
The Business Analyst will lead and/or be a strategic partner in the training of new solutions by selecting and leveraging training/instructional methods and procedures that are appropriate for the situation/end user audience.
