  Job Description
Minimum Requirements:

Must have a strong background in software development (preferably big data applications) with recent experience either as a PM. product manager, BA, or Scrum Master.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, software development management, or a related technical field focused TPM experience.
Recent experience in complex cloud-based Big Data application development required.
Solid understanding of what is required when developing Big Data applications
Understanding of the following technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra, Linux/Unix, MapR, AWS)
Technical expertise (in PM or Developer role) supporting launches of new Big Data applications or rolling out new features for existing products.
.A good understanding of business strategy in a high growth, large scale environment.
Maturity, judgment, and proven ability to lead and influence others.
Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, product managers, and architects.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
BS in computer science or a related technical discipline; Master' s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
Proven track record of getting things done, managing multiple tasks including communication with internal and external teams while consistently delivering on schedule.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
