  Job Description
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of ten years of IT experience, including exposure to a variety of positions and responsibilities, including analysis, design and development, maintenance projects, project team managerment, SQL database design, and large project development (500 hours or larger).
Bachelor's Degree
VB .Net (VS 2010 or newer),
SQL 2008 or newer, including experience with database design, creation and modification of Stored Procedures
Web application development, including AJAX framework (JQuery, ASP.NET AJAX, AngularJS, MooTools, etc) and JSON-based ASP.NET web services.
Active Reports V7 or newer
Mobile application development
VB6 for legacy code support (isn't as important as the above items, but would be helpful)
Must know a variety of testing methodologies or approaches
Must be able to work on multiple priority projects concurrently
Must be able to evaluate user needs and make recommendations for technology solutions.
Must be a team contributor, working in a team environment collaboratively, researching new technologies together, and evaluating each other's contributions and their impact on the team.
Driven personality who will take responsibility for their activities
Strong desire to keep development skills current, staying updated on new technology and development tools via subscriptions, classes, or individual training programs.
Experience with auto insurance products or accounting and billing-specific systems would be a plus.
Must be a good fit for the team.
Must be willing and able to grow into a manager position.
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated initiative in working with department managers
Desire to learn a wide range of skills
