Responsibilities:

  • Arrange logistics for accommodation, transportation, and client visits/events.
  • • Maintains various trackers.
  • • Assists in lockers management.
  • • Assists in site upkeep and maintenance.
  • • Assists us in getting quotation – event/request by the team.
  • • Creates Purchase Requests or Order slips for consumables and recurring requirements including inventory.
  • • Monitoring of vending machine
  • • Coordination with building admin re: building or facilities issues, permits etc.
  • • Other ad-hoc tasks may be needed.

Qualifications:

Our Most successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • With at least 2 to 3 years related working experience in the same capacity.
  • With excellent leadership skills.
  • Demonstrative skills in using MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook).
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and extended hours (only if needed).
  • Above average written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to speak and understand English
