You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through detailed requirements analysis and process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements to create functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify gaps and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Produce process flow diagrams, BRDs, FRDs, and reports to communicate findings.
• Monitor project deliverables and perform user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in core Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Gap Analysis and business process evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage project planning and execution tasks.
• Proven track record of communicating technical requirements to non-technical parties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end project management.
