Description

You will build, maintain, and modernize applications within the customer call center suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new features and enhance existing functionality using the .NET Framework.
• Debug, fix bugs, and maintain client-server and web-based applications.
• Reengineer legacy code and identify improvements within older codebases.
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrate third-party or internal services.
• Provide UI support for ASP.NET and WinForms components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development with .NET Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with Visual Basic .NET, including WinForms and ASP.NET.
• 5+ years of experience using Visual Studio 2015 or newer.
• 2+ years of experience developing in C#.
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience, including queries, tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of HTTP and REST-style architecture.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements.
