Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions for Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions and user stories.
• Provide platform support, troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and implement enhancements to improve performance.
• Create technical documentation, deployment plans, and solution designs while adhering to ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Strong expertise in Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), issue remediation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow platform customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, MIS, or a related technical field.
