Description

You will provide break-fix support and hardware maintenance for front-line systems and server infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on HPE Storage and HPE Server infrastructure.
• Execute hardware break-fix repairs and technical analysis to determine critical paths for problem resolution.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and review hardware failures to ensure equipment availability.
• Manage firmware updates and hardware reconfigurations within your technical scope.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and support HP-UX and Linux platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware break-fix, repair, and installation.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Storage infrastructure maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Server infrastructure maintenance.
• Proficiency in maintaining HP-UX and Linux platforms.
• Experience with proactive equipment monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to perform technical analysis for server failure resolution.
