Description

Own the IT product portfolio lifecycle, from backlog prioritization to release management and vendor oversight.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide products through all lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business needs for internal and external users.
• Create and prioritize product backlogs, maintain roadmaps, and facilitate agile meetings including sprint reviews and user story development.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, resolving interoperability issues and ensuring adherence to SLAs and availability targets.
• Oversee product IT financials, including budget planning and monitoring, while providing leadership with regular updates on status and risks.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, IT leadership, and fusion teams to define scope, track performance metrics, and ensure governance compliance.

Required Skills

• Product Owner and Portfolio Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT product management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with backlog prioritization and roadmap maintenance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional fusion teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of IT financials, budget planning, and governance requirements.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and issue resolution.
