Description

You will manage the end-to-end execution of Audio Visual projects, leading technical teams from initial design through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AV engineers, project managers, and technicians to execute projects according to design documents.
• Allocate daily tasks to field resources and coordinate manpower deployment across open sites.
• Liaise with PMCs, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues or coordinate necessary resources to resolve them.
• Oversee material delivery, site storage, inventory management, and milestone-based project receivables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers or technicians.
• Deep understanding of AV solutions and technical implementation.
• Ability to manage logistics, inventory, and milestone billing.
• Experience driving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business growth.
• Proficiency in maintaining MIS reports for active sites.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
