Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Taleo, focusing on Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and configuration for retail hiring workflows, including seasonal and hourly needs.
• Architect and maintain complex TCC scripts for data exchange between Taleo and enterprise systems.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting workflows, covering store-level requisition management.
• Develop and maintain Taleo reports and dashboards using OBIEE, BI Publisher, or embedded tools.
• Lead system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning efforts.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience with Oracle, HCM, and SaaS environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Taleo across Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting.
• Experience architecting and maintaining TCC scripts for system integration.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable recruiting and onboarding workflows.
• Ability to develop reports using OBIEE or BI Publisher.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll system integrations.
• Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud deployment models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail or high-volume hiring workflows.
