Description

Scrum Master for a 12+ month on-site project in Plano, TX. Requires 7-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution and dependency management, proactively escalating blockers and motivating the team to resolve them.
• Stewards iteration execution by driving prioritized work intake, ensuring high data quality in ADO, and owning Agile ceremony outcomes.
• Champions continuous improvement by tracking retrospective action items, analyzing delivery metrics, and implementing flow improvements.
• Leads PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring dependencies and risks are managed across teams.
• Maintains operational excellence by managing team tools (ADO, SharePoint), grooming backlogs, and leading incident management.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
• Solid knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog grooming, data quality, and traceability.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for operational and change management.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and redirection to individuals.
• Shows initiative to improve team efficiency and metrics.
• Experience analyzing bottlenecks using Value Stream Mapping, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and Dependency Management.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers.
