Owns execution, dependency management, and Agile ceremony outcomes for a 12-month on-site project in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Drive iteration execution by managing prioritized work intake, backlog grooming, and ensuring high data quality in Azure DevOps.
• Proactively escalate blockers, motivate the team to resolve them, and manage dependencies and risks across teams during PI Planning.
• Champion continuous improvement by tracking retrospective action items, analyzing delivery metrics, and implementing flow improvements.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing team tools (ADO, SharePoint) and leading incident management.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
• Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog grooming, data quality, and traceability.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for operational and change management.
• Experience analyzing bottlenecks using Value Stream Mapping, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and Dependency Management.
• Solid knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and redirection to individuals.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers.
