Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CSM modules including Case Management, Account & Contact Management, and SLA Management.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize applications and develop reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Integrate CSM with ITSM, FSM, and third-party systems.
• Optimize and automate service processes through platform enhancements and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the CSM module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with client/server scripting, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM.
