You will be a Software Developer responsible for platform stability and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex platform business logic to identify issues.
- Diagnose problems by analyzing error messages and logs.
- Filter noise alerts (e.g., flaky tests, transient issues) and take necessary action.
- Analyze ticket volume and resolve configuration issues.
- Manage incoming tickets within SLA requirements and re-route critical ICM tickets to the FTE team promptly.
- Track issues through resolution and summarize findings weekly.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with Yaml Pipeline and Azure Devops.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Linux environments.
- Familiarity with C#.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to clients effectively.
