Description

You will be a Software Developer responsible for platform stability and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex platform business logic to identify issues.
  • Diagnose problems by analyzing error messages and logs.
  • Filter noise alerts (e.g., flaky tests, transient issues) and take necessary action.
  • Analyze ticket volume and resolve configuration issues.
  • Manage incoming tickets within SLA requirements and re-route critical ICM tickets to the FTE team promptly.
  • Track issues through resolution and summarize findings weekly.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Yaml Pipeline and Azure Devops.
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with C#.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to clients effectively.
