Description

You will own platform stability, issue resolution, and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex platform business logic to identify root causes of issues.
• Diagnose problems by interpreting error messages and system logs.
• Filter noise from alerts, such as flaky tests or transient errors, and take corrective action.
• Manage incoming support tickets within SLA requirements and re-route critical issues to the FTE team.
• Track issues through to resolution and summarize findings in weekly reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development or operations experience.
• Proficiency with YAML pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Linux environments.
• Ability to read and understand C# codebases.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-availability platform support.
• Familiarity with incident command structures.
