Description

You will drive the acquisition of new institutional partnerships to promote technical training and placement services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Engineering Colleges, Universities, and Arts & Science Colleges to expand service reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Placement Officers, HoDs, and Principals.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to demonstrate service offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through strategic client acquisition.
• Manage sales pipelines, prepare reports, and provide market feedback.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• BE with MBA degree.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the education and training ecosystem.
• Expertise in negotiating and presenting to academic leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage relationships with Placement Officers and HoDs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
