Description

• Develop and enhance full-stack analytics applications and prototypes.
• Work primarily on the backend (approximately 70%), with some frontend development (approximately 30%).
• Build backend functionality using Python.
• Develop and integrate frontend components using JavaScript.
• Work with an Agentic AI assistant and contribute to applications that use sophisticated agent-based workflows.
• Quickly learn and work with new libraries, packages, and technologies as project requirements change.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Analytics team to understand their requirements and turn them into working applications.
• Integrate analytics requirements into prototypes and continuously improve them based on feedback.
• Work across multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and analytics teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience developing full-stack applications.
• Strong programming fundamentals and good Python knowledge.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend development.
• Ability to understand and work with both backend and frontend technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Comfortable experimenting with unfamiliar libraries, frameworks, and packages.
• Ability to adapt to new requirements and changing project needs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A broad understanding of software development is more important than expertise in a specific technology.
• Interest or experience in AI/Agentic AI is a plus
