You manage and maintain networked computer systems, hardware, and applications in Ahmedabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain networked systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance to ensure security and operational stability.
• Manage secure data storage, regular backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Document technical processes and provide technical support to users.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or database administration.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of virtualization and VMware or equivalent technologies.
• Expertise in security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategy and plans.
• Experience implementing helpdesk and IT operations best practices.

Preferred Skills

• System administration and IT certifications in Linux or Microsoft.
