Description

Design and implement integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP environments, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop HCM Extracts and manipulate Fusion HCM data using Oracle Fusion HDL.
• Build complex BI Publisher data models and reports.
• Configure and manage HCM BPM workflows.
• Implement integrations using HCM REST API, ATOM Feed services, and Web Services (REST, JAVA, SOA).
• Translate business requirements into Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational database objects.

Required Skills

• 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Core Fusion HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and relational database concepts.
• Experience with Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, including REST API and SOA.
• Experience with BI Publisher and HCM REST API.
• Proven track record with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Competency in change management tools, including source code control, versioning, branching, and defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
